Role Summary

XFounders is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to oversee the preparation and execution of our flagship Web3 bootcamps. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for startups and blockchain technology, capable of coordinating diverse stakeholders and ensuring that every bootcamp delivers exceptional value to startups, mentors, and investors.

The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that XFounders’ bootcamps are impactful, innovative , and industry-leading.

Key Responsibilities

Bootcamp Planning and Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end preparation for our in-person 4-week accelerator bootcamps, ensuring all steps are taken to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person sessions, including onboarding, workshops, mentorship meetings, and investor matchmaking.
• Ensure all pre-bootcamp activities - learning curriculum finalization, onsite logistics, and startup preparation - are completed to the highest standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a point of contact for startups, mentors, investors, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Provide stakeholders with detailed schedules, materials, and guidance to optimize their participation in the program.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the cohort, encouraging networking and peer learning.
